This position is part funded by European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

This will initially be a fixed-term project with potential for the candidate to secure a permanent position upon completion of the project

Role: Graduate Systems Developer

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Computer Science graduate to work with Pasab Ltd (a part of the Jhoots group of pharmacies), a substantial player in the UK retail pharmacy industry. The headquarters are based in Walsall, West Midlands.

The challenge:
Alongside many other services, Pasab Ltd supports the Jhoots pharmacies with sophisticated IT systems. The next months will see the further development of the company’s Management Information System (MIS) and requires a skilled and passionate Computer Science graduate to assist with this development.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related subject
• Proven PHP/ MySQL development experience (JavaScript, JQuery/SQL, CSS, HTML5)
• A strong understanding of software development concepts and theory
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to project-manage this development.
• Some experience with .NET Frameworks/ MVC and exposure to C#.

Support: This role will be supported throughout by an academic mentor from the University of Wolverhampton
