Joining as an Associate Consultant in either our Professional Services or Support Consulting teams:

Associate Services Consultant:

You will be working within a project team implementing our supply chain solutions. This is a complex and challenging role that will see you supporting a range of tasks including supporting the data gathering process, attending design workshops, writing specifications, supporting the configuration and testing processes and being part of the software go-live. We have customers throughout the Benelux, Europe and across the world and so you can expect to travel 80% of the time.

Associate Support Consultant:

You will be working as part of the Support Consulting team, helping our existing customers to extend and improve how our supply chain solutions are used. Projects include upgrades, additional sites, and designing and delivering configuration changes and modifications. You will also own and resolve production issues. Associate Support Consultants work directly with customers. You can expect up to 50% travel, however some projects may involve a prolonged engagement on a customer site in the EMEA region.

About you?

You are motivated to learn and understand our supply chain solutions and ambitious in your drive to work with our customers to solve complex technical problems. You are passionate about systems and relentless in your desire to innovate customers supply chain processes. You are equipped with the following:

• Master in Engineering, Mathematics, Computing/IT or Science based degree or equivalent through work experience
• Work experience within a commercial, business environment gained from an internship/industrial placement or relevant work experience
• Been an active member of an extracurricular university society group or team
• Able to travel about 50% for a role in Support, and at least 80% in Services, mostly across Europe.
• Enthusiastic, energetic and driven
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
