We’re looking for a self-motivated and strategically astute Graduate who will thrive in supporting our team of supply chain leads in the proactive management of procurement activities including managing our claims supply chain spend.

This role sits in our Chief Operating Office (COO) and will enable you to gain a breadth of knowledge, skills, procurement qualifications to carve the way to a fantastic career.

Responsibilities

We will support you to:

  • Assist with the execution of the supply chain plan and strategy for category (ies) in scope as determined by the supply chain leadership team.
  • Support operational supplier performance management for a portfolio of allocated contracts for the full contract lifecycle (contract sign off, implementation and execution to contract exit or renewal).
  • Analyse relevant supply chain data to make informed supply chain decisions
  • Develop a savings measurement and tracking methodology specific to the category (ies) in scope and ensure ongoing management and reporting of the same to deliver target efficiencies
  • Deliver on Supply Chain Projects related to the relevant category (ies) of spend.
  • Produce accurate and timely management information, including ensuring compliance with relevant procedures for governance, risk and control and assuring the quality of all required information for Supply Chain and/or Executive leadership• Acquire, maintain and developing expertise, knowledge and information to support continuous improvement in allocated category(ies) from relevant internal and external sources
  • Draft contract agreements

You will need to have achieved at least a 2.2 bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

  • The ability to think strategically whilst being organised, using sound judgment through the supply chain processes.
