The Graduate New Business Sales Executive

Jobsite are looking for graduates that embody the same ambition that they hold. Your on-boarding and induction programme has been painstakingly curated to ensure you hit the ground running.

Initially, as part of the lead generation team, you will strategically generate new business and enrich existing client records using multiple online channels and your own nous. From the very start you will be operating on the sales floor, working in close proximity to the senior sales team. Your exposure to them will serve as a valuable part of your training!

If you bring ambition and talent to the table, you can expect to be a fully-fledged part of the sales team within 3 months! The successful candidate will undertake outbound calls to reach the Key Decision Makers of SMEs. As you generate new business, you’ll be paid 10% commission on everything you sell, progressing from selling to SMEs to larger and larger organisations!

Role Responsibilities:   

  • Learn about the industry, marketplace and the sales process with your bespoke training and exposure to senior sales staff
  • Strategically identify new clients through online channels and record their contact details
  • Enrich existing records on the CRM system
  • As you progress, regularly contact and influence decision makers of SME businesses over the phone
