The Role

As a Graduate Management Trainee you have an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a wide range of business areas before taking on a permanent management role within the Company!

An initial 9 - 12 month grad programme will give all trainees exposure across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Service Delivery, Finance and Project Management. Enabling you to acquire knowledge, skills and operational expertise, whilst also contributing to the delivery of team objectives through the completion of project work.

  • We are looking for ambitious, motivated and enthusiastic university graduates ideally with a business associated degree or equivalent.
  • You will be a strong communicator who is driven, creative and analytical.
  • You should have: the ability to prioritise tasks and deliver to deadlines, business awareness, excellent presentation skills and be IT literate (intermediate Word/Excel/Powerpoint with Hubspot sales tool desireable) )
