My client is one of the largest ecommerce companies offering fantastic deals for their extensive customer base, giving you the chance to operate across a broad range of sectors including fashion, beauty, travel, tech, hospitality and more. This is an incredibly unique opportunity for anyone looking for a challenging graduate sales or trainee sales role which requires them to tailor their approach and adapt between sector to sector, no two days are the same!

We are looking for money hungry graduates looking to begin their sales career in a fast growing and exciting industry. The company has achieved staggering success since its emergence in 2001, earning a multi-national presence with offices across the whole of the UK and Scotland. As an ambitious company, they are embarking on big plans for 2023 and looking for graduates to join their Manchester office in a graduate sales trainee position.

Benefits/What You Get:

·      Above average basic salary of £23k with a fantastic progression plan (Most Entry-level graduate sales roles in Manchester pay around £20,000)

·      You should achieve your first promotion within 6 months – with a transparent and supported progression plan, there are constant opportunities to grow.

·      Average commission in year one is £35K+ but with an uncapped commission structure the sky is the limit!

The Role:

·      Understanding and becoming an expert within your market to best represent your clients.

·      Pitching to both SME's & large multi-national clients, with an offering that provides the perfect alternative to traditional marketing and see’s extensive rewards.

·      Generating your own leads and putting forward potential clients, allowing the opportunity to work independently.

·      Working with national brands and local businesses to create the best promotion to market their business and increase customer acquisition.

·      Account relationships from day 1 - you need to be outstanding at sparking and maintaining relationships with clients.

Ideal Candidate:

·      Educated to degree level (preferable but not necessary).

·      An ambitious overachiever with an outstanding work ethic.

·      An excellent communicator with an approachable and likeable attitude. This role is all about relationships!

·      An ability to self-motivate, with aspirations to progress further and further.

·      Competitive against their own targets.

·      Money-motivated with specific goals to achieve.
