ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Sales Support Manager and working closely with our Client Partnership teams, Sales Support Executives play an integral part in the success and growth of our sales teams. With an exceptional attention to detail, candidates will be a skilled multi-tasker who enjoys working across projects in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities
• Assist with meeting preparation across the Client Partnerships teams including stats reporting and presentations
• Working closely with our Customer Care team to manage campaign delivery across teams
• Inputting orders and dealing directly with clients where required
• Compiling detailed revenue analysis as required
• Undertaking market research and compiling sales contact lists based on revenue opportunity
• Schedule meetings via phone and email with new and existing clients
• Maintain a strong and positive working relationship with all members of the sales team and across the divisions
• Response efficiently and proactively to any enquiries
• Assist with necessary administration as required to ensure full support across the Client Partnerships teams

• A graduate who has the desire to make a big impact to our dynamic and driven sales teams
• Excellent organisation and time management
• Good communication skills
• Strong numerical and data analysis skills with the ability to assimilate technical information
• A keen interest in a career in sales is desired
