Celsius Graduate Recruitment are delighted to be working with the UK's leading digital and IT apprenticeship provider based in West London. Our client's growth has led to them expanding their sales force, and they are looking for ambitious, self-motivated and resilient graduates to mould into their next crop of sales superstars. Our client boasts customers such as Google, Facebook and The Guardian as well as a host of other tech and digital marketing organisations.
As a Graduate Inside Sales Representative, you will undergo extensive training and be expected to source new sales opportunities by following up on inbound leads, cold calls and emails to build a pipeline. You must research accounts, identify the key players and generate interest in our client's fantastic solution. You will be required to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with prospects and understand their needs in order to provide your solution.
The successful applicant will have promotion opportunities to Senior Inside Sales Representative after their first year, leading to Business Development Manager roles after 18 months.
In this Graduate Inside Sales Representative role, you will need to be/have:
• Smart and ambitious
• Self-motivated, adaptable and resilient
• Strong organisational skills
• A strong phone presence
• Comfortable with high activity call and email prospecting
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Educated to a degree level
