You will receive award winning training from day 1 and this support will be shown throughout your time in the sales training academy so you are equipped with all the tools to be fantastic! The routes for progression are endless and the rate is completely flexible, if you hit your targets consistently promotions can be as soon as 9 months, and within 12 months you will have the ability to step into leadership positions.

·£23K Basic (above the average for entry level sales roles in Manchester)

·£32.5K Average OTE in first year, BUT this is Uncapped with top earners making £50K in year 1

·Attain a thorough knowledge of the business itself, the industry and their clients – become a market expert

·Create a pipeline of new business through proactively calling and delivering exceptional customer service

·Call warm leads to create deals

·Build rapport with key decision makers to give the ultimate experience

·Be a strong team player
