The Role:


We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a friendly, ambitious and young team. The position is fast-paced and dynamic and will require a candidate with excellent communication skills. On a day-to-day basis you can expect to be resourcing new business opportunities and arranging client meetings where you'll be demonstrating the product and closing deals in a full 360 sales cycle. The role is not easy and it will be up to you to take responsibility of your own work, however there is great earning potential with previous candidates hitting the £45k mark as standard during year 1.

The Candidate:



6+ months sales experience
• Confidence, resilience and a desire to succeed
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Polite, positive and friendly
• You are able to think on your feet
• A desire to develop your skills and expand with the sales team


Main responsibilities:



Closing small to medium sized businesses
• Qualify inbound leads from sign ups, live chat and forms
• Demonstrating the product to new and potential clients
• Meet and help beat personal and team sales targets

We know that in order to source the best talent, we have to offer the best packages. That's why you'll receive a market leading base rate of £25k with OTE's averaging £45k for year one.
