Our client pride themselves on their stellar reputation and highly ethical approach to business. Due to their increased reputation, they are looking to build their sales function and are looking for self-starting, honest and confident graduates to identify potential new business and build strong, long-standing relationships with senior directors within a multitude of businesses. The company we are working with provide software that allows companies to save time and money when building safe and assurance cases by syncing data and updating information in real time, which improves productivity and reduces the risk of human error.


As a Graduate Sales Support Executive you will undergo extensive product and sales training from a team with years of experience within sales and consultancy. You will benefit from working with a team full of Ph.D. level consultants who value integrity, honesty and ethical selling well above "just getting the deal in". You will be taught how to ask the right questions in order to uncover needs, and will have a varied role that ranges from research, new business prospecting, following up on leads and administration duties.


The successful applicant will be part of a highly academic and helpful team who have an incredibly low staff turnover because of how they value and grow their staff. The progression from this role leads to Account Management where the consultancy aspect will become even greater.


In this role, you will need to be/have:


•          Educated to a degree level in a technical subject (engineering, maths or sciences)

•          Excellent written & verbal communication skills

•          Intelligent and confident whilst talking on the phone

•          Consultative, honest and ethical with high levels of integrity

•          Committed with excellent research skills

•          Sales-driven with the ability to negotiate and add value to clients
