Role


Initially, your role will be a resourcing role and will focus on finding candidates for jobs. Within six months you'll be given the opportunity to do business development and build your own desk. You will also have the opportunity to work with one of directors, and you will deliver candidates to some of the hottest tech startups, as well as some of London's most well-known corporations. Ideally, you will be a recent graduate but what is more important is that someone who is keen to be successful in a fast-paced environment. Company benefits:

Requirements:


We will consider College leavers but must have relevant experience


Keen on working in a sales environment


Comfortable on the telephone and not afraid to make cold calls to candidates and clients


Have strong written English and be articulate in your verbal communication


Keen to meet our clients face-to-face and attend business meetings


Be comfortable with attending and networking at relevant tech events and conferences


Be hungry to be successful and make money for yourself - you will earn BIG bonuses!
