Graduate Sales Executive - Financial Consultancy – Broking Opportunity


£24k Basic Salary (1st year Earning Potential of £40k)


A global Financial organisation is seeking motivated, driven and ambitious graduates to join their successful New Business Development team in a time of rapid expansion. This is an amazing opportunity for any graduate looking to begin a sales-based career in a fast-paced environment where success is rewarded by an uncapped commission structure and rapid career progression. The role will begin with a structured 4 week training programme, overseen by one of the company's top brokers. This will develop into a full broking and dealing role where you will be managing accounts and executing trades.


Responsibilities

  1. Initially finding new business for the company by cold calling prospective clients
  2. Develop excellent product knowledge
  3. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with new and existing clients
  4. Be confident and comfortable talking to traders and high net worth individuals
  5. Guide clients through the whole trading cycle

Requirements

  1. Recent graduate (2015-2019, will also consider 2020 graduates)
  2. Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential - full training provided
  3. Ambitious with competitive nature
  4. Motivated by a target driven environment
  5. Ability to work well under pressure
