The key focus of your role will revolve around the researching, targeting and acquisition of new business opportunities as well as managing and maintaining existing client relationships. You will be working in a highly collaborative and social environment and will benefit from plenty of continuous on-the-job training and support. The role:

Identifying and generating new business leads to achieve sales and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Maintaining relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Effectively questioning prospective clients to identify their exact requirements in order to sell the relevant solutions.

Utilise a professional and consultative approach to formulate and propose a clear and compelling sales proposal to prospective clients.

Tracking and striving to work towards your personal targets to ensure that you are continuously meeting your targets and the purpose of your role.

The candidate:

A genuine desire to work in a Sales environment will allow you to hit the ground running and effectively achieve your sales targets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable you to build effective rapport with potential/existing clients in order to drive future business.

The ability to display resilience will allow you to overcome any challenges when engaging with clients.

A curious and inquisitive nature will enable you to ask intelligent and meaningful questions in order to fully understand your clients' needs.

A strong commercial awareness will provide you with credibility and allow you to speak to your clients confidently and increase your opportunity to secure a sale.
