The company: The market leader within the communications industry have turned over £2m in the last year and are on track to double that in the next 12 months. To ensure this is the case, they are keen to add more sales development representatives to their team. They are looking for 3 outgoing, curious and enthusiastic graduates who are passionate about starting a career in B2B sales.

The role: Working alongside a more experienced business development manager, the graduate sales development representatives will be focusing on developing new leads for the business to aid growth. Speaking to a variety of different brands, you will discover their needs and help manage their communications and outreach to customers. The company provides fantastic training and progression opportunities for hard working graduates.

As a graduate sales development representative, who are you?

  • You are a recent university graduate, within the last 2 years
  • You are personable, consistently seeking to build new relationships
  • You are enthusiastic, personable and have a 'work hard, play hard' mentality

The package for this graduate sales role:

  • £21,000 basic salary
  • £9,000 OTE uncapped
  • 25 days holiday + BH + birthday
  • Company trips abroad

First 6 months

Next 6-12 months

  • Consistently meet or exceed your targets each week/month
  • Gain fantastic commercial exposure to a variety of different industries
  • Begin to learn and understand the full sales process
  • Further develop a relationship with more senior sales colleagues to gain an understanding of the potential next step in your career
