Our Client are seeking ambitious individuals who are dedicated to changing their lives by working in a challenging but highly rewarding sales role. You would be joining a young, high performing, highly collaborative team made up of people from all walks of life, with the medium sales exec making £55k.

As a Sales Exec you will be responsible for many areas within the client acquisition side of the business, main responsibilities including: sourcing your own leads, managing existing clients and cross selling optimisation products into the customer.

You’ll need to be naturally high energy, a brilliant communicator and able to negotiate easily with Director level client’s. We are looking for a driven, ambitious, and highly personable individual who can use these qualities to generate and develop new business. We expect you to have a brief understanding of the energy market and soak up the knowledge of colleagues who have a wealth of experience within the market, we also ask that you are motivated and ready to develop these skills with extra training and shadowing of other areas of the business.

The position is office-based with full product training and on-going support provided.

About you:

No prior Energy related sales experience is necessary.

We are looking for the below characteristics:

6. Ability to keep your CRM & opportunity pipeline up-to-date

7. Attend client meetings and work alongside the team to together identify upsell opportunities

8. Proven end of the pipeline sales record of negotiating and closing business leads

Salary: £25,000 - OTE £70,000 Year 1 Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent

5. Uncapped OTE potential, average earnings after year 1 £70k, year 2 £110k, year 3 is £180k.
