Our exciting client are looking for an ambitious, target-driven Graduate Sales executive. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to be involved with a young, dynamic, fast-growing company and team and the chance to make a real difference at an innovative tech platform organisation.

The company was formed from an Employee Engagement Consultancy, which provides an innovative solution to a real problem organisations face. The Head office is located in Harpenden with major clients being prestigious household names such as ASOS, Heineken, Nuffield and Deloitte

The Role:

  • Achieve agreed targets by working closely with Head of Sales to identify and cultivate new hot leads and opportunities to sell Software as a Service licences to corporate clients:
  • Researching and calling new leads
  • Using LinkedIn and other channels to generate new leads
  • Nurturing relationships with new leads to convert them to opportunities
  • Monitor/report on lead development, conversion rates, and sales success against business plans
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with the team and external partners
  • Travel and attend business development meetings, events and conferences to represent our client and generate good business leads

  • Confident, articulate manner, able to engage with anyone and everyone
  • Natural relationship builder, able to develop relationships with prospective clients from cold
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proactive self-starter with desire to get things done and go beyond the immediate task
