Salary: £24k base salary + 15k OTE in year 1

Role Title: Graduate Sales Executive - Media

The Role

Your role will include:

Gaining an in-depth understanding of all facets of the media products and services being offered.

Training in various sales tactics and approaches approved by the company.

Approaching potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events and other means.

Explaining the benefits and potential audience of specific media offerings to potential clients.

Detailing pricing and negotiating costs when necessary.

Working to maximise sales and meet quotas in the short and long term.

Travelling to see clients, attend tradeshows, or participate in industry events or training.

Role Requirements

The candidate requirements outline a recent graduate (2014-18) with impeccable professional communication skills, strong target- and money-based motivation and abundant resilience.

The successful candidate will show:

Recent Graduate (2014-2018).

Superb openness and confidence and the ability to connect and build rapport with people easily at all levels.

Interest in the energy sector a plus but not an absolute requirement.

Any evidencing of working towards targets, whether within a job, in an academic or sporting setting or elsewhere.

A super driven and competitive nature.

Great resilience, displaying perseverance in the face of rejection.

Articulated and professional communication skills.
