Celsius Graduate Recruitment are delighted to be working with Europe's largest imaging technology provider based in Surrey. This is a rare opportunity, as our long-standing client has an exceptionally low staff turnover combined with excellent support and training. The company we are working with has over 30 years of imaging experience, and provide a comprehensive range of imaging equipment and services for a variety of markets including automotive components, aerial imaging and sports applications (e.g. golf simulators and Hawk-eye cameras in Tennis & Cricket).


As a Graduate Sales Engineer your role will be multifaceted in the first year. 1/3 of your time will be spent learning the technology, 1/3 responding to incoming sales enquiries, and 1/3 being proactive and drive new leads and opportunities into the business. You will have no KPIs or financial targets in your first year and your commission will be paid on company results (The UK team hasn't missed a sales target in over 3 years!).


The successful applicant will be trained in their own area of expertise based on their interests and ability. The next step up is to Business Development Manager, where you will meet clients face to face and receive benefits such as BUPA healthcare and a company car - this is a company who will give you a fantastic career path and give you all the tools you need to succeed!


In this Graduate Sales Engineer role, you will need to be/have:


•          Well-presented and articulate

•          Excellent written & verbal communication skills

•          Driving License (or working towards one)

•          Educated to a degree level with a technical aptitude (a background in science, maths or engineering is highly desirable)

•          Strong business acumen and common sense

•          An interest in technology, eager and able to learn

•          Team player, sociable and personable
