Job Title: Graduate Sales Development Representative (Business Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish)

Sales Development Representative Package:

A competitive basic salary of £28,000

Uncapped OTE, with £45k OTE a reasonable target

Sales Development Representative Role:

Obtain a comprehensive working knowledge of Datto, its offering and marketplace

Take ownership of generating new business - identifying, researching and following up leads

Perform regular prospect outreach over the phone, using your language skills in order to build relationships

Fully utilise the CRM to ensure that opportunities are correctly forecasted and communicated

Confidently engage with and influence key decision makers at all levels of seniority

Maintain a healthy knowledge of competitor activity

Execute calling campaigns in order to stoke interest with potential customers

Ensure that existing leads are documented correctly with the view to rekindling business relationships in the future

The Datto Sales Development Representative:

Educated to degree level

Business fluency in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish

The ability to thrive in a target driven environment




Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed

An informed, consultative approach

Previous sales experience is desired but not required
