Role: Sales Development Representative

Salary: £25k + £15k OTE (basic salary goes up to £35k after you hit your targets)

I am recruiting for a global scale-up company that sells a unique product into the e-commerce space, enabling them to increase their revenue through social media marketing. They’ve helped numerous business market themselves to existing and new customers, and due to incredible success, they’re looking to grow out their sales team!

They have an incredible culture, with a flat hierarchy so you’ll be working closely with the Founders and learning from the very top. They are hugely social with regular team events, a dress-down culture and loads of other perks including the first Wednesday off work every month!

They’re looking for a hungry and ambitious graduate or salesperson looking for an opportunity to progress quickly and join a high performing team.


·      A high volume of outbound prospecting – cold calling, emailing and social media

·      Generating interest from prospective clients and booking in meetings for Account Executives

·      Organising your time to ensure efficiency

·      Working closely with marketing teams and the Account Executives

·      Researching potential target accounts to prospect


·      Recent university graduate

·      Highly motivated with a winning mentality

·      Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

·      Money-motivated

·      Great communication skills – written and verbal

·      Lots of personalities!

Nice to have (but not compulsory!):

·      Experience as an SDR, ideally in SaaS

·      Understanding of influencer marketing
