Celsius Graduate Recruitment and delighted to be working with our client who are a leader in marketing and sales services, supplying their solution to global names such as Cisco, McAfee and WhiteHat Security. This global organisation have offices in the US, Europe and Asia and are looking to bring in their first UK-based SDR's to help drive business further and exploit the UK market.
This Graduate Sales Development Representative role will involve prospecting new business, liaising with senior level decision-makers within enterprise tech companies in order to book appointments for the Account Managers. You will do this through a range of calling, emailing and using LinkedIn as a social selling tool in order to uncover leads and identify targets. Those who are successful in this role will move into Account Management, which will include a significant pay increase, ability to make commission and will give you the opportunity to manage the full sales cycle from call to close.
Successful candidates will also be whisked away to Boston in the US twice a year for sales kick-off events and top performers have won prizes in the past like all-inclusive holidays to Miami. This is a fun, dynamic start-up culture, with the backing of a major HQ based in the US
In order to be considered for this Graduate Sales Development Representative role, you must be/have the following:
• Educated to a degree level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A strong work-ethic
• High energy mentality, competitive
• Ideally a background in sports
• Sociable, confident and eager to pick up the phone and speak to people
