Sales Development Representative Role:

  • Gain a comprehensive knowledge of LivePerson, their offering and the markets they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with prospects and clients
  • Use researching tools and techniques to capture prospect profiles that would generate meaningful conversations and leads
  • Perform prospect outreach via phone calls, emails and social channels, generating an interest in LivePerson's offering and gaining an understanding of their business requirements
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues and territory owners to build a lead/sales pipeline and produce lead activity and pipeline reports as required
  • Take action on phone, web and other inbound enquiries within the defined time frame
  • Participate in call campaigns to populate company events and perform post event follow up as appropriate
  • Prepare and distribute customer feedback to your sales and marketing colleagues
  • Manage and maintain the company CRM system, updating all sales related information efficiently

Sales Development Representative Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level with a Bachelor of Science
  • 2 years' experience in sales development and a B2B environment
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Some experience working with a SaaS solution is highly desirable
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
  • Passionate about technology
  • An energetic and upbeat team player, with a can-do attitude
