Puck Fire is a rapidly expanding and highly innovative company specialising in the development and design of next generation domestic and residential water mist systems to the construction sector.
We’re a new company and to further develop our business we have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Sales & Business Development manager to join our team.
This is a junior role and, working alongside our PUCK Director, you will be mentored over a 6 month period. You will receive support and training in order to equip you with the product and sector knowledge you will need to be successful. You will learn how to research markets, companies and industries in the hunt for leads and opportunities. You will develop knowledge of the latest fire suppression technologies and soon be able to talk with confidence and authority to new and existing customers, before winning new business and meeting clients. The role involves digital marketing and following up on leads together with producing written communications.
You will be marketing predominantly to architects, building control companies and house builders to ensure PUCK is the preferred specified product. As your technical knowledge increases, you will also be the point of contact for our distribution network.
• Degree or previous sales experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an obvious interest in personal development and growing a successful business.
• Proactive, positive, self-confident, well organised and able to work on own initiative.
• Hard working, diligent, self-disciplined, tenacious and hungry to succeed.
• Competent computer skills.
