Graduate Sales Administrator - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

As a Graduate Sales Administrator you will be supporting several sales team by assisting with any sales administration to ensure the team remain on-top of any potential new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline. The Role:

Inputting and updating information on the leads database (SalesForce) as well as ensuring SalesForce is kept updated by tagging all correspondence with clients.

Assisting the sales the sales team with any administration needs such as chasing up new business opportunities so that the sales team can maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Coordinating and running regular internal meetings which are held daily.

Running regular reports and analysis to analyse sales performance across the board.

Sending out regular internal emails to management to provide tracking updates on sales performance.

The Candidate:

Having an interest in working in IT or working for a software vendor will allow you to hit the ground running.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to communicate effectively with clients and the internal teams.

Working knowledge of MS Office and using SalesForce will ensure you are correctly documenting all client correspondence.

An analytical and organised approach to work will ensure you keep on top of your workload.

A driven demeanour will allow you to progress with any future opportunities that arise.
