The Internet of Things (or IoT) uses Machine to Machine (M2M) data SIM cards to ensure that devices across the world stay connected. Reliability and security are imperative to our customers, this is made possible by allowing devices to connect to the internet through our specialised infrastructure. Examples of this can be anything from ordering a takeaway, to the ANPR technology used to monitor parking. IoT is everywhere, even if you don’t realise it, and this is what makes working at Wireless Logic so exciting!

The Role

This isn’t a typical sales role. As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will be working with our existing customers to help manage and grow their account. You will be a salesperson, account manager and a trusted adviser rolled into one. This position allows you to help grow your skills in the world of sales, whilst simultaneously refining your interpersonal skills.

In line with Wireless Logic’s fast-paced growth, we require a confident individual who is willing to learn about the industry and fully commit themselves to the world of IoT. We understand that this may be daunting, however with a structured induction plan and a wealth of knowledge surrounding you, we can assure you that you will be in safe hands.

Your day-to-day activities will be varied, but can range from the following:

  • Reviewing and analysing current accounts to determine areas for growth
  • Proactively contacting your customers and managing their base efficiently
  • Effectively communicate between departments to meet customer requirements and manage their expectations
  • Continuously demonstrating a desire to improve your level of understanding of the business
  • Effectively apply product portfolio and industry knowledge to advise your customer on the most suitable solution
  • Working towards achieving your quarterly goals and objectives
