In the UK, we advise many of the world’s leading and largest companies and often interact with our offices around the world to provide a truly global service offering. Our Reward consultants provide the strategy, design and execution support essential for paying people appropriately and enabling organisations to attract, retain, motivate, and engage employees efficiently and cost-effectively. Working with our Executive Compensation practice, which is one of the largest in the UK and is part of a global team of Executive Compensation specialists in over 30 countries. Clients come to us for many reasons. A HR Director or Remuneration Committee may need our expertise to help review top pay arrangements in times of change – perhaps on the merger with or acquisition of another business. Clients will range from all major universal banks to niche financial services firms.

You will work as part of a team on a wide variety of complex projects. You will serve as a key resource for the consultant in charge of each of your engagements by performing many intricate aspects of the client work. As you grow and gain more expertise, you will become a key contact for the client. You will work alongside some of the industry’s top consultants on client projects including many household names. Whether you join Willis Towers Watson as a Graduate or Summer Intern, you will be treated in the same way with immediate exposure to real client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and present results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise while you benefit from more structured learning interventions.
