The Company:
The company is looking to hire is a global recruitment firm specialising in the Energy and procurement sector. The company has offices in several European countries such as England, Germany, France and Austria with plans to expand in three other European countries in the coming years. The role being offered is to work in the company's flagship office based in London's financial sector. As well as offering an extensive and ongoing training programme the successful candidate will also be rewarded with an opportunity to be placed into the companies leading sales team. The company places procurement and energy commodities personnel into some of the UK's largest companies across a variety of sectors.

The Role:
Starting as a resourcer initially, but with the ability to progress to the role of junior head-hunter within six months. Your responsibilities will involve sourcing candidates to meet client's requirements. Largely telephone based, you will speak to candidates and clients on a daily basis in order to arrange interviews and ensure both the candidate and client's needs are met.
The role is to be placed in a fast paced and exciting environment within one of the firms most successful teams. Gaining one to one training from leading consultants within the business you will learn the full 360 degree recruitment process.

The Applicant
The successful candidate will ideally have previous B2B sales experience however it is not essential. We are looking for new graduates who have shown drive and motivation to begin a career within the Technology recruitment industry. Candidates must have a university degree of at least a 2:2 and display excellent communication skills. The ability to handle a fast paced and professional environment is necessary.
