Graduate Recruitment Scheme
Our client, a finance recruitment agency and a leading provider of post-graduate career development programmes, is looking for a Graduate to join their busy Graduate Scheme team. Their mission is to provide young professionals with the skills and experience necessary to succeed in today's competitive job market.
The Graduate Scheme role involves:
- Receiving a qualification after probation period is passed
- Cold calling to gain new clients
- Identifying candidates for successful placements
- Interacting with and processing individuals who have been identified as potential successful candidates
- Interviewing candidates for placement opportunities
- Negotiating terms of contract
Ideal Candidate:
- 2:1 graduate is preferred but not required
- Competitive, ambitious and results driven candidates
- Great work ethic and self-motivated individuals
- Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidates who enjoy working in a target-based environment
- Sales experience preferred but not required
