My client is a young, vibrant executive search and selection organisation that works in partnership with some of the leading Global Food & Drink and Consumer Goods Businesses. With offices in Leeds and London, they were recently voted as one of the best recruitment companies to work for and have received the Investors in People accreditation in recognition for how they train and develop their consultants. They are looking to take on a graduates in their offices who are intelligent, highly motivated and dedicated.

Recruitment is a multi billion pound, fast growth industry. From day one you will receive a huge amount of commercial exposure and you will be responsible for what is known as ‘the full recruitment cycle’ – working with both candidates and clients alike, utilising a range of tools and techniques from interviewing through to advertising and headhunting. You will become a skilled negotiator and confident presenter through dealing with senior managers at businesses like Mars, Nestle and Sony. The focus for this particular role is on middle management to Director/Board level positions and you will quickly become a specialist with expert knowledge in your market place.

The reward package is the best we know of in the market and in your first year we realistically expect you to earn between £25,000 and £50,000, however your commission is uncapped, so the more successful you are the more you will earn! Progression is unlimited too; they look to double in size over the next 18 months which means that they need to develop their own Managers – quickly!

As if the above isn’t enough - the teams are further incentivised in unique ways; in the last 7 months the team has already been to Alton Towers, Amsterdam and Majorca!
