Salary: Year 1: £20k-£22k base OTE £40k, Year 2: £27k OTE £60K

Location: Manchester City Centre

This is a high-growth company who are looking to take on 5 dynamic, motivated and career-driven graduates to enrol on their Graduate Recruitment Management Scheme. Our client pride themselves on their consultants’ expertise and knowledge of the markets – so extensive training is constantly provided to ensure you know the ins and outs of the artificial intelligence and cyber security markets.

Successful candidates’ duties will include:

  1. -Headhunting top level candidates through social media, emails
  2. -Business development to on-board new clients
  3. -Client relationship management
  4. -Create content and email marketing to attract top level candidates
  5. -Manage the whole interview process: from arranging interviews to closing deals

This client has previously taken on graduates from UK Top 30 Universities and are now looking to take on further high-calibre candidates, ideally with the following:

  1. -2:1 or 1st class degree from a UK Top 30 Uni
  2. -Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  3. -Strong ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet
  4. -Social and bubbly personality
  5. -Ability to build up rapport naturally and quickly
  6. -Excellent organisation skills, ability to work across several assignments simultaneously
