The Benefits
Starting salary of £22,000 pa plus on target earnings of around £30K in the first year - rapidly rising to £60,000 and £80,000 OTE in years 2 and 3

The Role
A structured graduate training programme, through the company's highly successful in-house Academy.

For the first 6 months you will learn recruitment by becoming a candidate expert, purely focusing on resourcing talent and learning your market.

As you move to the client side, you will be mentored to develop the confidence needed to engage with high level prospects and clients.

The role is not easy, it requires hard work, the ability to constantly push yourself outside of your comfort zone and do whatever it takes to become the one of the best recruiters in your specific market.

However, the rewards are worth it. Not only will you be well remunerated and rewarded for your performance, you will also develop invaluable skills of communication, influence, negotiating and many more.

The Person
The role requires someone who can demonstrate they have a real desire and passion to achieve results, who pushes themselves beyond their limits and thrives on hard work and success.

To be successful you will need outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.
