Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Role

  1. Telephoning/meeting businesses, looking to develop professional relationships
  2. Autonomy over your own projects, with the mentorship from Managers
  3. Placing top calibre candidates in high paying roles
  4. Writing advertisements and headhunting candidates
  5. Negotiating new business contracts
  6. Guiding candidates through the interview process
  7. Closing business deals

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Requirements

  1. Minimum 2:2 degree from a Top University or 6 months+ sales experience
  2. Confident and outgoing
  3. Ambitious individuals looking to progress quickly
  4. Commercially savvy
  5. Inherent competitive nature
  6. Great communication skills
  7. Resilient, hardworking and persuasive
