Your Role

• Contact/source graduates who are looking to take their first step into the professional world after finishing their studies. As a recent graduate, you can easily relate to these people!
• Naturally build rapport and explain to graduates exactly how you can help them find their ideal career
• Utilising job boards and other platforms to connect with graduates searching for their first role out of university
• Consistently updating the CRM system with key information on graduates going through the process
• Organising screenings and interviews with graduates
• Help prepare candidates for our award-winning Training Days and interviews
