This is a 360 recruitment consultant role, this means that you will be exposed to the full recruitment cycle from day one.
You will learn how to create adverts for roles and where to post them
How to conduct interviews - the questions to ask and how to ask them
You will be educated about a number of networking techniques to ensure you find the best candidates possible
Business development - this is the process of winning new clients to work with and recruit for
Source candidates, prepare them for interviews whilst constantly keeping in regular contact with the clients
Account management - Once you win new business you will be in charge of all future decisions with the clients
Who we are looking for:
A strong academic background, ideally we are looking for this to be degree level however this is not essential and strong 2nd jobbers will also be taken in to consideration
A competitive nature is important - we want you to be number 1 in what you do
Ambitious with the desire to succeed as financial rewards and progression based on meritocracy and performance
Being resilient in the face of adversity and objection - this job can be tough at times so a tenacious attitude is always beneficial
