Technical Recruitment - Business Unit Overview

Our dedicated teams of consultants focus on specific technical areas and provide real-time consultancy advice and rapid access to the very best candidates. These teams are Development, Infrastructure / Support, Project Management / Business Analysis, SAP (UK) and Voice and Data. The majority of the current Work in Progress is on a contingency basis, although the methodologies employed incorporate Search, Selection and Advertised Searches.

Overview of role

To win, deliver and develop Technical Recruitment business within a specific technical domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate fees of £10k (Perm) per month
  2. Maintain personal contractor base in excess of 5 - 15 for 3 months
  3. Generate new business opportunities for self and Harvey Nash
  4. Provide accurate weekly and monthly business forecast
  5. Manage business pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly & annual budgetary requirements
  6. Enforce cross divisional relationships & communication
  7. Develop Client Base
  8. Support Corporate Accounts when requested

  7. Be comfortable with presenting HNIT to clients
  8. Client base development
  9. Good commercial awareness
  10. Good problem resolution skills
