Michael Bailey Associates is an International Recruitment Company headquartered in the UK, with offices in the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Singapore and Australia. We specialise in IT, Telecommunications, Finance, Pharmaceutical, Automotive and Oil and Gas sectors across Europe and Asia Pacific.

As a Recruitment Consultant, it will be your job to develop new business and find suitable candidates for your client’s requirements for either our Life Sciences or IT team for the Swiss team.

Our dedicated Training and Development Manager will help you to learn everything you need to know to become a successful Recruiter with a structured training program and ongoing training and coaching sessions.


You will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and selecting candidates
  • Conducting telephone interviews with candidates
  • Business Development-acquire new clients and develop our existing client portfolio including client meetings
  • Candidate Management
  • Database Maintenance

Requirements

  • A recent graduate
  • Happy to travel into Europe every month for a couple of days to meet clients
  • Communicative, driven and seeking to provide great customer service for our clients and candidates
  • Ideally first recruitment experience but not required
