McGregor Boyall are currently looking to hire recent Graduates to join the London business as an Associate Consultant. If successful, you will receive full 360 training, which will include sales, headhunting training and also 1 on 1 sessions with sector specialists. This is a great opportunity for Graduates who are looking to progress through the ranks at speed as you will be given the opportunity to progress to Consultant within 6 to 12 months.
Recruitment is a two way sales role, where you will be building relationships with both candidates and clients alike. You will initially be liaising with candidates and clients in order to build your network within the industry. You will be advertising externally on behalf of your clients in order to attract new candidates. There will be set KPI’s you will be expected to meet, which you will receive full support for.

Due to our growth plans, we are looking to hire ambitious, hardworking graduates to join our London office. The ideal candidate will be degree educated, or possess the equivalent experience – sales experience is desired but not essential. Above all else, we are looking for tenacious, target driven individuals that are looking to progress through a company at speed.
