With a clear and target-based promotion structure you could work your way up to management level in just THREE YEARS! Along the way you’ll have the opportunity to earn UNCAPPED commission, with a base salary of between £22k-£35k, your OTE for the first year is £35k +, reaching £80k + by your third year!

Your responsibilities

 

  • Acting as a Brand Ambassador and influencing both clients & candidates to see us as THE recruitment partner of choice.


  • Networking with leading professionals within our specialist industry, for business development.


  • Achieving personal KPI’s through the implementation of your training, creating databases of Clients and Candidates for short, medium and long term.


  • Working using an array of recruitment techniques to source candidates for Gravitas’ Clients.


Requirements

 

  • A degree (all subject area’s considered)


  • Great interpersonal skills, ambition, resilience and dedication


  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong financial & professional ambition


  • This role is 80% attitude and 20% skill! Our comprehensive training programme will provide you with all the skills required to be a success in the world of recruitment!
