Requirements to become a Associate Recruitment Consultant:


  1. Ideally a 2:1 degree but not essential
  2. Experience within a sales/ target based environment
  3. Good people skills and confidence in what you’re saying
  4. Somebody that can demonstrate resilience, the ability to think on their feet, pick up new skills and learn quickly
