As an Associate Consultant you will source candidates who will be a perfect fit for the vacancies you have been tasked to fill within the law field.

The Role:

Sourcing suitable candidates to fill the vacancies you have been tasked to fill through a variety of different methods, ranging from responses to job adverts and active sourcing from job boards and LinkedIn.

Writing captivating job adverts to encourage high calibre candidates to apply to your vacancies.

Screening candidates both over the phone and in person using appropriate competency based questions to determine who would be best suited to fill a position.

Liaising with clients and candidates to obtain their feedback from interviews you have arranged with the aim of obtaining a job offer for the candidate.

Approaching new clients with the aim of bringing on new jobs and establishing new business relationships through lead generation and cold calling.

The Candidate:

Having a Law degree or previous experience within a law firm will ensure you are well equipped to comprehend the daily responsibilities of the legal positions you have been tasked to fill, as well as understanding the type of candidate who would be best placed to fill that position.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills will allow you to quickly build rapport with clients and candidates to build long-lasting business relationships.

A confident and tenacious 'can do' attitude will keep you on tack to hitting your personal targets.
