The Requirements of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

·      A graduate with a minimum 2:2 degree classification, from a top University

·      Personable and confident with strong communication skills both face-to-face and on the phone

·      Ready for a challenge that rewards hard work and dedication

·      Resilient and commercially minded, with a strong work ethic 

·      A desire and open mindedness to learn and up skill

·      Sales experience is desirable, but not necessary

·      A competitive and uncapped commission structure is on offer. Realistic OTE of 50k in Year 1, 60-70k in Year 2 and 80k+ in Year 3. Top consultants have surpassed 100k in 3 years!

·     The top biller last year billed £770K and took home 30% of that.

The Role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:


You will be trained to become a 360 Recruitment Consultant where you will be managing the recruitment process from start to finish. From sourcing the candidates to networking and building relationships with current and new clients. Some responsibilities will include:


·      Resource candidates over the phone, job boards, database, social media and networking

·      Identify candidates who are fitting to your needs through phone screening and interviewing

·      Create business opportunities through business development and meetings with clients

·      Write and advertise jobs to attract candidates

·      Negotiate contracts and closing deals
