The Training:


As an academy designed uniquely for graduates, the training provided will be second to none. Training will consist of a 12-week classroom-based programme, in which graduates will join as a team and learn about their first year in recruitment. The academy boasts a 100% retention rate and graduates from previous academies are now consistent billers. The Role?

 

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be carrying out a 360 sales role, where you are working from the start to the end of the recruitment process. From sourcing the candidates to networking and building relationships with current and new clients. Some responsibilities will include:

-         Resource candidates over the phone, job boards, database, social media

-         Identify candidates who are fitting to your needs through phone screening and interviewing

-         Create growth through business development with clients

-         Write and advertise jobs to attract candidates

-         Cold calling

-         Market research to find opportunities

 

Ideal candidate?

 

-         Degree educated with a 2:1 or above

-         Sales experience (preferred)

-         Telephone experience (preferred)

-         Fast-paced

-         Articulate

-         High achiever
