Our growing client delivers first-class recruitment solutions, to the FinTech sector, on a global scale. This scale-up consultancy is looking to double its headcount in the next 2 years through developing and training high-calibre graduates.

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Receive the ongoing support required to develop your recruitment career
• Join a high performing team of experienced Consultants
• Work in 180 capacity
• Focus on generating the very best in highly qualified Fintech candidates
• Manage global recruitment campaigns (Europe, North America and APAC)
• Become a subject matter expert within your target market
• Move into a client managing 360 role as your experience grows
• Attend weekly in-house training sessions
