The markets and clients with which you will work give the right graduate an exciting platform to learn from and gain experience in a lucrative recruitment market.
The recruitment training is a mixture of externally provided and on the job training so it is a thorough and ongoing process where you will constantly learn new ways to operate and get the best out of your Recruitment career.
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities will include:
• Mapping the market, using networks and headhunting to resource strong candidates
• Building your own network of clients and candidates to develop your reputation
• Working closely with your senior consultants from start to finish of the recruitment process
• Resourcing candidates, screening them and then finally negotiating both client and candidate terms by liaising with both parties
• Sourcing your own clients through business development and building tight knit relationships with them
The company is seeing its most profitable period so joining as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant now creates even more opportunity for those that are ambitious enough to pursue it. Progression path will take roughly 9-12 months where your involvement with clients will broaden. Your recruitment career progression will occur as your business development exposure opens up as you climb the ladder to reach senior consultant and then manager. You will work closely with senior consultants as well as the Director to gain valuable experience that will only make progression quicker.
