As the fast-growing US-focused Search Firm, our client delivers a first-class recruitment service in the fintech sector. With ambitious growth plans for 2022, they are currently interviewing for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to be based in Central London.

The successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant can expect:

• An initial base salary of 25k
• First-year earnings exceeding 50-60k

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Receive the very best in training, covering the full recruitment and sales life cycles along with any sector knowledge required
• Cover the full spectrum of executive recruitment, focusing initially on candidate generation then moving through to client management and onto a full 360 executive search-based role, as your experience grows
• Research, map-out and gather data/information on market segments and key movers and shakers
• Work alongside experienced and successful Search Consultants
• Add to the atmosphere of a slick, fast-paced, and dynamic Company
• Work remo10-7pm covering the US market

The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant will:

• Have a 2:1 degree from a top university
• Possess a portfolio of achievements (academic, sporting, extracurricular etc.)
• Be highly professional with first-class communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrate high degrees of motivation, drive, and commitment
• Be intelligent with a polished approach, have high expectations and a strong desire to win
• Be spontaneous, a true go-getter, have gravitas and a strong personality
