Gravitas Recruitment Group are hiring the next generation of money motivated, hard-working and ambitious individuals to join our dynamic London office as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant!

The role will be based in our London office, conveniently located 5 minutes walk away from Liverpool Street Station, with flexible working hours and includes a starting base salary of £25k (£28k after 6 months) plus uncapped commission, which only increases over time.

What you’ll do:

-         Creating working relationships with both clients and candidates

-         Qualifying candidates and placing them in suitable positions

-         Sourcing jobs from clients and advertising them to your network

-         Building and managing your own client and candidate desk

-         £25k base salary which increases upon each promotion – On Target Earnings of £40K first year, £55K second year, £80K+ third year

What you’ll need:

-         Graduated between 2021-2023

-         Resilience, ambition, a competitive personality and great people/communication skills

-         Sales experience desired but not required

-         Available to travel to our London office for the interview process
