We are on the hunt for 2 superstar graduates who are looking to kick start their graduate recruitment career. Our client are a £multimillion organisation with a proven track record of onboarding, training and developing recent graduates. They offer fantastic internal training enabling the successful candidate ample opportunity for personal development and career routes. They work with widely known brands and are looking to increase their client base across the UK.

So what will you actually do?

As a graduate recruitment consultant you will first be trained up and taught how to manage outreach to new connections, you will focus on building relationships and understanding the needs and wants of your clients, whilst working to achieve your daily and weekly KPIs. You will shadow more senior colleagues to really understand the nitty gritty of what it takes to be a successful recruiter, and then watch the commission start to roll on in.
