g2 Birmingham is looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their evolving team in one of the TOP UK Recruitment Consultancies. Only hiring at entry-level, we are not looking for recruitment experts BUT for confident professionals that are not afraid of hard work and commitment!

What will you be doing?
- Communicating with clients and candidates on a daily basis (this will mainly be done over the phone)
- Conducting cold calls daily in order to increase your outreach as well as develop your business
- Sustain positive, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders by the use of multiple communication methods (emails, calls, posts etc.)
- You will be organising interviews, offering candidates, drafting-up contracts and conducting rejection calls
- Screening calls will be a daily activity for you - this will help you develop your industry knowledge!
