What will you be doing?

• Communicating with clients and candidates on a daily basis (this will mainly be done over the phone)
• Conducting cold calls daily in order to increase your outreach as well as develop your business
• Sustain positive, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders by the use of multiple communication methods (emails, calls, posts etc.)
• You will be organising interviews, offering candidates, drafting-up contracts and conducting rejection calls
• Screening calls will be a daily activity for you - this will help you develop your industry knowledge!
