g2 Nottingham are hiring, and looking for highly driven, success hungry graduates looking to excel in their career. The Nottingham office is led by Sales Manager Alex Hill, who has gone from strength to strength since joining g2 back in 2018.

Originally starting in our Birmingham office, within 3 years in the company Alex received 3 promotions, working his way up to opening the Nottingham office in 2021. The role - 360 Recruitment Consultant

  • Build your pipeline - Establish yourself in the UK Public Sector market, pitching new clients and selling your services as a recruiter
  • Build relationships with candidates - sourcing your own candidates for roles; through job adverts, candidates in our database, headhunting through various platforms. It is your job to screen these candidates to ensure they are a good fit for your clients role!
  • Become an expert - become an expert on your sector, you will establish yourself as a trusted recruiter within the UK Public Sector
  • Manage your stakeholders - you will be responsible for liaising between your candidates and clients to ensure you deliver the best service to both
